Tannea 70% is famous for its blend of citrus and honey notes. This version has a lower cocoa butter content making it ideal for making ganache, mousse and ice cream.
It all happens in the Sambirano Valley, a natural haven for cocoa farming since the 20th century. Nicolas de Loisy was won over by the outstanding cocoa beans produced here and signed an exclusive partnership with the Ambohimena Sud farm.
