Made from the same cocoa beans than the Altapaz chocolate, this pure paste is treated to Séquencia® roasting and has a complex range of flavours with berry notes.
Origin
Once prosperous under Spanish colonization, cocoa cultivation declined due to competition, economic crises, and resource depletion. However, true technical knowledge endures in small plantations, contributing to the production of high-quality cocoa beans.
