Altapaz 73% is a trail-blazing chocolate. Séquencia® roasting takes its blend of cocoa and candied berry notes from Guatemalan beans to another level. 

Origin

Once prosperous under Spanish colonization, cocoa cultivation declined due to competition, economic crises, and resource depletion. However, true technical knowledge endures in small plantations, contributing to the production of high-quality cocoa beans.
