CARUPANO 62%, SAMANA 62% and TANNEA 62% are crafted from cocoa beans sourced from remote regions renowned for their aromatic qualities: Venezuela, Madagascar, and the Dominican Republic.
These 3 chocolates share the same intense cocoa flavor. However, their aromatic profiles offer very different notes, reflecting the noble terroirs from which they originate.

The Lab-Series 62% chocolates are the perfect alternative to bring a strong cocoa flavour to your creations while keeping costs under control.
Initially designed for making ganaches, the composition of the Lab-Series 62% chocolates differs from their 70% counterparts.
They contain a higher content of defatted cocoa (31%) and a lower cocoa butter content (31%), with no added cocoa butter.
