New packaging for dark & milk chocolate

After a 2-year trial on white chocolate, we’re rolling new packaging out to the next dark and milk chocolate couverture production. The preformed packaging has no effect whatsoever on the standard of our production but has 2 major assets:

Improved protection:
 - its sealing technique makes it stronger and more water-resistant
- the triple-layer film protects against humidity, oxygen and light

Easier to use: 
- open and close the bags in a flash with the ziplock
 - the flat bottom provides improved stability and storage

NB: for technical reasons, order limits have been amended: 
- 5kg bags: delivered in 20kg boxes
- 1.5kg bags: delivered in 15kg boxes

This amendment means a change to the Specifications which will be updated subject to launch.
