Located in the province of Guayas, Ecuador, Hacienda Victoria is committed to preserving Arriba Nacional cocoa, a historic variety native to the country. The plantation practises responsible farming, with a focus on biodiversity as well as the well-being of its employees and the surrounding communities.
Direct sourcing for our Gayas couverture chocolates
This partnership involves sourcing the beans used in our Gayas 64% and Gayas 70% dark chocolates directly. This direct relationship, with no middlemen, enhances the traceability of our two Ecuadorian origins and reflects the high standards we apply across all our terroirs: standards of taste, and the methods used to achieve it.
