A look back on the SIRHA 2023

A big thank you to those who came to meet us!

As in every edition, our entire team gathered for the 21st edition of the SIRHA, the international fair for restaurant, hotel and food professionals, which was held at Eurexpo Lyon from January 19th to 23rd.

We would like to sincerely thank all those who came to meet us on our stand. It was a great pleasure to exchange with passionate people, driven by the love of taste. It was also very satisfying to hear your feedback after tasting our products, in particular our latest Pures Plantations chocolates DELTORA and DUARTA.

We warmly thank Maison Caffet who prepared for us some delicious chocolate macaroons. And also Franck Kestener who made some beautiful bonbons - bilayer with DELTORA chocolate and MUCICAO fruit paste.

And congratulations to Georges Kousanas, Jérémy Massing and Jana Lai, who won the silver medal during the Pastry World Cup final. A contest where young talents can express all their creativity. We are very happy and proud that they used our mucilage pulp MUCICAO to make their dessert « Le Bornéo ».
